Security

Lymeno now supports passkey sign-in and email sign-up

Sign in with a passkey instead of a password, and sign up with a code sent to your email.

Sign in with a passkey

Add a passkey in your account settings under Profile & security. You can give each passkey a name, such as “Work laptop”, and rename or delete it later. To sign in, choose Sign in with a passkey on the sign-in page.

A passkey always verifies that it is you with a fingerprint, face, or PIN, so signing in with one does not ask for a two-factor code.

To stop using a password entirely, turn on Only allow passkey sign-in. You need at least one passkey to turn it on, and you cannot delete your last passkey while it is on.

Sign up with your email

New accounts now start by verifying an email address. Enter your email and then the 6-digit code that Lymeno sends you; the code expires after 10 minutes. Then choose how you want to sign in: set a password of at least 10 characters, or use a passkey.
