Query insights and logs are now available
Find the statements that take the most time, and search PostgreSQL and connection pooler logs.
Query insights
The Query insights tab ranks the 50 normalized statements that took the most total execution time, based on pg_stat_statements. For each statement you can see its share of total time, the number of calls, total and mean time, and rows per call. Choose a time range of 1 hour, 6 hours, 24 hours, or 7 days.
Query insights requires the pg_stat_statements extension, which you can turn on under Configure → Extensions.
Logs
The Logs tab shows PostgreSQL and connection pooler logs from the last 3 days.
- Filter by level (warnings and errors, or errors only), by source, and by text.
- Turn on Live to refresh every 5 seconds.
- Page through older lines, or download the current page.
To read logs from your own tools, use GET /v1/databases/:id/logs, which returns up to 500 lines per page, newest first.
