Lymeno now offers a SQL editor and a Cluster page
Run queries directly in the console, and change plans and replica counts from one page.
SQL editor
Open the SQL Editor tab of any database to write and run queries without a local client.
- Table and column names autocomplete as you type, with PostgreSQL syntax highlighting.
- Press ⌘/Ctrl+Enter to run. If text is selected, only the selection runs. Several statements can run at once, and each gets its own result with a row count and duration. You can stop a query while it runs.
- Press ⌘/Ctrl+S to save a query. Saved queries are private to you.
- Each result shows up to 1,000 rows. Statements time out after 5 minutes by default.
The editor runs with owner permissions, so only workspace owners and admins can use it, and opening it is recorded in the audit log. Running a query also wakes a paused on-demand database.
Cluster page
Always-on databases have a new Cluster page that shows CPU and memory utilization and lists each instance with its size and monthly cost. Choose Change to switch plans, move between a single node and high availability, or change the number of replicas.
Changes are applied together. A plan change restarts the database; topology and replica changes do not. The prorated price difference is charged or credited when you apply the change.
